I am so sorry for your loss. I met many of the family as they passed through my booth after visiting Ms. Mabe in the hospital. You are nice folks; I enjoyed talking with you.
My prayers are with you as you learn to live without Ms. Mabe. Lean on God for strength and comfort. He will get you through the tough times.

I am so sad but know that Miss Mattie Sue is in heaven with the angles. She will feel no more pain and suffering here on this earth. We will miss you so much! Always enjoyed the conversations, laughter and visits. There will never be another one like Miss Mattie Sue. Rest in peace my dear friend.

Mattie Sue will be greatly missed. She always came into Dan River Restaurant for me to fix a milkshake and get a plate lunch. She always had a smile on her face and always ask about my family.
