I only knew Mr. Moore and his family for a short time as his Physical Therapist. I was blessed to have been able to know him and his very dedicated family.

I just wanted to express my deepest sympathies. Our loving heavenly Father never intended for us to go through the pain of losing our dear loved ones. During this difficult time please draw comfort from the fact that soon our heavenly Father will make death "no more”, here on Earth, as well as his promise to bring back our loved ones that have already "fallen asleep" (2Cor 1:3,4 Rev 21:3,4 John 5:28,29 & 1 Thess 4:14). Again, my condolences

Teresa, Van, Jason & extended family. My heart breaks for each of you, but Jack would not want that. I've never been more proud of you for all you did for Jack during his time on earth. My Lord and Savior tells me he's in His care now and waiting for the rest of us. May God bless each one of you and give you peace of mind. Jack is not in pain now and we'll all see him again. Prayers are with you.
