I was a Reserve for many years at FCSD and Harry was always there to help me.

To the Joyner Family,
It truly was a honor to serve with Captain Joyner (Harry) I briefly got to see him before
he retired. But as fortune would have it he returned to the Sheriff's Office & worked for
me as a Detention Officer. I could always count on him ,I even made him laugh and he
always told me about some of his experiences. He loved his motorcycle and he gave
me his support and trust. Thanks for your loyalty and friendship.
