Winton Louis Hansen

Mr. Winton Hansen, age 90 of Elkin, passed away on Monday October 28, 2019.

Mr. Hansen was born on October 14, 1929 in Upland, CA to the late Lloyd Hansen and Mabel Troyer Hansen.

Those left to cherish his memory are four daughters Sandra (Michael) Hinson, Melva Hansen, Deidra (Brad) Lane, and Kristian Wall; two sons Ricky Wall and Daniel Rominger; two sisters Marta and Eda Faye; twelve grandchildren Joseph Hinson, April Rumfelt, Lee Philbeck, Lilli Williard, Justice White, Joshua White, Shyanne Gill, Alex Wall, Jacob Wall, Michael Biczel, Christopher Biczel, and Eva Biczel; and eight great grandchildren Kathleen, Madison, Megan, Gracie, Douglas, Faith, Jai 'Sym, and Gaebriyel.

A celebration of life service for Mr. Hansen will be held at 3pm on Sunday November 3, 2019 at Huff Funeral Home with Pastor RJ McBride officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the wounded warrior project in his honor.
