Wilson Stone Obituary

Mr. Wilson "Billy" Stone, age 77, of Pinnacle, passed away on Sunday March 15, 2020 surrounded by his family.

Mr. Stone was born on August 31, 1942 in Stokes County to the late Roy Stone and Sula Westmoreland Stone.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife Patricia Stone and a son Jamie Alcon.

Those left to cherish his memory are two sons Rodney (Michelle) Stone of Greensboro and Kevin (Amanda) Stone of Randleman; one daughter Donna (Bobby) Styers of Pinnacle; one sister Mary Cockerham of Greensboro; and seven grandchildren Lauren, Roddy, Jake, Hannah, Maddie, Michael, and Camryn.

To be in compliance with the COVID-19 restrictions on gatherings the funeral service and burial for Mr. Stone will be private. He will lie in state at Huff Funeral Home on Tuesday March 17, 2020 from 1pm-6pm. The family is also planning on having a public celebration of life at a a later time. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Union Friends Church 1087 Spainhour Mill Rd Pinnacle, NC 27021.
