Violet Mae Stanley

Mrs. Violet Mae Stanley, age 89, of East Bend, passed away on Sunday November 13, 2022 at Forsyth Medical Center.

Mrs. Stanley was born on  November 20, 1932 to the late Henry Reece and Leitha Hutchens Reece.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her beloved husband Harrison Stanley.

Those left to cherish her memory are two sons Ricky (Tammy) Williams and Billy (Pat) Williams; one daughter Rebecca Niten; two sisters Eva Jones and Peggy Wiseman; five grandchildren Beth (Max) O'Bryne, Amanda (Andrew) Smitherman, Brianne (Dusty) Brackett, Billie Lou Williams (Luke Shore), and Brandie (Jimmy) Hoots; and several great-grandchildren.

A funeral service for Mrs. Stanley will be held on Wednesday November 16, 2022 at 3pm at Huff Funeral Home with the Pastor Marty Wood officiating.  Burial will follow in East Bend Friends Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 2pm-3pm prior to the service on Wednesday at Huff Funeral Home.
