Mr. Vernon Wall Jr., age 76 of Tobaccoville, passed away on Friday October 19, 2018.
Mr. Wall was born on July 27, 1942 in Forsyth County to Vernon Davis Wall Sr. and Rebecca Spainhour Wall.
Vernon retired from Quality Oil Company after 42 years and was an avid tobacco farmer.
Mr. Wall was preceded in death by his father Vernon Davis Wall Sr.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 55 years Judy Meadows Wall of the home; two children Mitchell Davis Wall (wife Melanie) and Kelly Wall Sapp (husband Rick); one grandson Mitchell Ridge Wall; mother Rebecca S. Wall; one brother Donald Wall (wife Brenda); and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service for Mr. Wall will be held on Monday October 22, 2018 at 2pm at Mt. Pleasant UMC. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30pm-2pm prior to the service at the church. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice in Dobson, NC.
