Velma Dotson Obituary

Mrs. Velma Dotson, age 80, of East Bend, passed away on Friday December 16, 2022 at Forsyth Medical Center.

Mrs. Dotson was born on November 28, 1942 to the late Burley Goad and Lizzy Rucker Goad.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her beloved husband Norman Dotson and three sons Craig Dotson, Jonathan Dotson, and James Dotson.

Those left to cherish her memory are two daughters Vickie (Ronnie) Hutchens of Pinnacle and Tammy Plowman of Yadkinville; four grandchildren Kimberly Plowman, Jessica Birdsong, Christopher Caudle, and James Caudle; and two great grandchildren Braxton Birdsong and Jacob Caudle.

The family is holding a private celebration of life service for Mrs. Dotson.
