Mrs. Sheila Diane Swartz, age 65, of Yadkinville, passed away Sunday January 8, 2023 at Forsyth Medical Center.

Mrs. Swartz was born on June 13, 1957 in Forsyth County to the late Foy William Dickens and Sarah Blankenship Dickens.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 29 years James Swartz; a son Jeremy Hooker; two daughters Amanda Lanier and Meagan (Pat) Brown; and three grandchildren Sophie Lanier, Jacob Brown, and Emmelia Hooker.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later time.
