Ruby Patton Obituary
Mrs. Ruby Patton, age 82 of East Bend passed away on Sunday January 27, 2019.
Mrs. Patton was born on January 10, 1937 in Yadkin County to the late Walter Lane and Elmy Lane Patton.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Patton was also preceded in death by her beloved husband George Patton Sr.; three brothers Ralph Lane, Steve Lane, and Roger Lane; and a grandchild Christi patton.
Those left to cherish her memory are a son George Frank (Wendy) Patton of East Bend; two brothers Gray Lane and Dewey Lane both of East Bend; three sisters Louis Bumgarner of Lewisville, Elizabeth (Ricky) Spencer of East Bend, and Violet (Jim) Floyd of East Bend; and three grandchildren Jessica Patton, Candace Patton, and Sarah Patton.
A funeral service for Mrs. Patton will be held on Thursday January 31, 2019 at 2pm at Mount Bethel Baptist Church with the Pastor Bobby Watts officiating. Burial will follow in Thanks to Calvary Church Cemetery on union Hill Road. The family will receive friends from 1pm-2pm at Mount Bethel Baptist Church prior to the service on Thursday.
