Ruby Inez (Thompson) Grimes

Mrs. Ruby Inez Thompson Grimes, age 82 of Lewisville, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem.

Mrs. Grimes was born on July 22, 1941 in Forsyth County to the late John & Annie Mae Rucker Thompson.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Grimes.  She leaves behind several nieces, nephews & friends to cherish her memory.

A funeral service for Mrs. Grimes will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at Grace Baptist Church in Lewisville, with visitation being held for one hour prior to the service.  Burial will follow the service at the church cemetery.  Pastor Zack King will be officiating.
