Peggy Loraine (Thompson) Ramirez

Ms. Peggy Thompson Ramirez, age 77 of Yadkinville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 19th surrounded by her loving family.

Ms. Ramirez was born on June 1, 1945 in Forsyth County to the late John Henry & Annie Mae RuckerThompson.

In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her son & daughter-in-law, Roger & Surrendar Thompson; as well as two brothers & one sister.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Kathy (Herman) Deleon, Tina (James) Garner, Rosa (Terry) Isaacs & Sheila Mendez; her sister, Ruby Grimes; nine grandchildren & twelve great-grandchildren; as well as many other family & friends.

Funeral services for Ms. Ramirez will be held at 3:00pm on Sunday, January 22 at Huff Funeral Home, with visitation one hour prior to the service. 

The family would like to give special thanks to the loving staff at Willowbrook, as well as the other residents that Peggy loved dearly.
