Noah Wells

Mr. Noah Wells, age 89, of Elkin, passed away on Thursday January 30, 2025 at Hugh Chatham memorial Hospital.

Mr. Wells was born in Cabell County, West Virginia to the late Lewis Wells and Nettie Bradshaw Wells.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Mr. Wells was had a huge heart and loved spending time with his family and his countless friends. He served his country in the United States Army and was the owner of Wells Roofing Company.  He enjoyed birthday celebrations, family reunions, fishing, auto racing, reading books, baseball, camping, and his motorcycle.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Suzanne Wells of the home; two daughters Angela (Brian) Bunch of Ronda and Lisa Schandelmeier of Largo, Florida; a step daughter Shannon (Rich) Leming of Indiana; two step sons Troy Herget and Brett Herget of Alabama; a brother Alfred (Linda) Wells of Ohio; a sister Rose (Ken) Mineheart of Ohio; four grandchildren Cody Schandelmeier, Carrie Teague, Justin Bunch, and Jared Bunch; and three great grandchildren Cheyanne Johnson, Tucker Johnson, and Skylar Schandelmeier.

A celebration of life service for Mr. Wells will be held at a later time.
