Kevin Rucker

Mr. Kevin Rucker Sr., age 48 of East Bend passed away on Sunday April 15, 2018 at Forsyth Medical Center.

Mr. Rucker was born on February 23, 1970 in Forsyth County to James Rucker and Joann Rucker.

He was preceded in death by his father James Rucker and two sisters Rhonda Rucker and Alesia Brown.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Lisa Rucker of the home; one son Milton Kevin Rucker Jr. and wife Carrie of East Bend; four daughters Sherry Rucker of Rockingham, Shirley Rucker of High Point, Kay Doomy and husband Richie of Pfafftown, and Amanda Cruz and husband Matt of East Bend; two brothers Jimmy Rucker and wife Debbie of East Bend and Randy Rucker and wife Teresa of East Bend; four sisters Vicky Casanova and husband David of East Bend, Edith White and husband Terry of Winston Salem, Dawn Byers and husband Buck of Germanton, and Angie Tucker and husband Johnny of East Bend; and eight grandchildren Ainsley Whicker, Marcus Whicker, Tyler Whicker, Kaesen Rucker, Keagan Rucker, Holleigh Cruz, Kaisley Cruz, and William Doomy.

A funeral service for Mr. Rucker will be held on Friday April 20, 2018 at 2pm at Huff Funeral Home with the Pastors Bobby Watts and Scott Welch officiating.  Burial will follow in Grace Baptist Church in Lewisville.  The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6pm-8pm at Huff Funeral Home.
