Karen Holston Obituary
Ms. Karen Holston, age 53, of King, went home to be with her Heavenly Father on Friday May 21, 2021.
She was born on January 16, 1968 in Forsyth County to the late Billy Holston Sr. and Joan Brooks Holston.
Karen was a courageous, strong willed, caring, selfless, loving mother who had a love of animals, especially cats. She was strong in her faith and an avid Bible reader.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister Susan Masencup and a nephew Jonathan Holston.
Those left to cherish her memory are two sons John Christopher Burton and Joshua McNally both of Silverdale, WA; two brothers Billy Holston Jr. (Cathy) of Greensboro and Daniel Holston of King; one sister Denise Holston of Tobaccoville; two nieces Dana Holston (Matt Cruse) and Rebecca Holston; two nephews Seth Holston (Sydney) and Marcus Masencup (Kayla); and several great- nieces and great-nephews.
A funeral service for Ms. Holston will be held on Saturday May 29, 2021 at 11am at Huff Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10am-11am at Huff Funeral Home prior to the service.
