Joyce Bullins Obituary

Joyce Marie Bullins, age 80, of East Bend, passed away on September 12, 2025.

Mrs. Bullins was born on November 16, 1944 in Forsyth County to the late Cecil and Loucille Gantt.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by 3 sisters Barbara Lumley, Francis Hall, and Betty Knight.

Those left to cherish her memory are two step-sons Danny Ray (Sandra) Bullins and Ronald (DeeAnn) Bullins; two sons Mike Tuttle and Billy Tuttle; a daughter Suzie Tuttle; two sisters Ruby Sapp and Norma Hyatt; two step grandchildren Eli Bullins and Stefanie O'Brien; and three step great-grandchildren.
