John Paul Burns

Mr. John Paul Burns, age 78, of Lewisville, passed away on Sunday June 30, 2019 at his home.

Mr. Burns was born on September 7, 1940 in Forsyth County to the late Alton Burns and Evelyn Jones Burns.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of the home Virginia Carolyn Burns; one son Michael Smith of Wilmington; one daughter Michelle Gwynn; one step-son Chad Dalton of Abermarle; three step-daughters Karen (Tim) Williams, Sharon (friend Johnathan) Isgett, and Beverly (Thomas) Creed all of East Bend; and one sister Reva (Johnny) Naylor of Winston Salem.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday July 2, 2019 from 7pm-8pm at Huff Funeral Home. Entombment will be Wednesday July 3, 2019 at 10am at Westlawn Memorial Gardens in Clemmons.
