Jerry Glenn Taylor

Mr. Jerry Glen Taylor, age 79, of East Bend, passed away on Sunday December 22, 2024 at his home with his loving family by his side.

Mr. Taylor was born on March 17, 1945 in Forsyth County North Carolina to the late John Taylor and Vallie Lane Taylor.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 24 years Judy of the home; a daughter Jenny Smith of East Bend; a sister Brenda Melton of Boonville; two grandchildren Holly Wilmoth and April Millaway; two great-grandchildren Levi Millaway and Samuel Wilmoth; two nieces Kristy Crawley and Robin Mickles; and a nephew Bobby Liles.

A funeral service for Mr. Taylor will be held on Friday December 27, 2024 at 1pm at Huff Funeral Home.  Burial with full military honors will follow in East Bend Friends Cemetery.  Mr. Taylor will lie in state on Thursday December 26, 2024 from 11am-4pm at Huff Funeral Home.
