Mr. Jerry J. Culler, age 73, of Pfafftown passed away peacefully at home in the morning of July 31, 2021.
He was born in Forsyth County on August 29, 1947 to the late John & Etta Culler.
Mr. Culler was a member at Friendly Chapel Church in Surry County for 38 years where he lovingly served as a deacon & Sunday school teacher. In his free time, he enjoyed going bowling & taking trips to Pigeon Forge, TN with his beloved wife of 55 years, Cathy. He is a Vietnam War veteran & retired from RJ Reynolds. Mr. Culler was a man of great faith, loving God & his family dearly.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, William & Gene Culler.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of the home, Cathy; two daughters, Sharon (Jay) Martin from Kernersville & Debbie Gentle from Pfafftown; as well as his brother, Jimmy Culler from Pfafftown. In addition, he loved all of his nieces & nephews & his great-niece.
A funeral service with military honors will be held for Mr. Culler on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 11:00am at Friendly Chapel Church in Pilot Mountain, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Pastor Ryan Whitt will be officiating. There will be a visitation on the day prior, on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Huff Funeral Home.
