Jenny Lynn Wright

Jenny L. Wright was born on June 6, 1958 in Pittsburg, PA to the late Benny Wright & Mable Wright.  She was the fourth of five children.

Jenny later moved to East Orange, NJ where she attended East Orange High School & graduated with the class of 1976.  Shortly after graduating, Jenny started her first job in 1977 & has been a dedicated hard worker ever since.  Working various jobs, she became a Certified Home Health Aide, a receptionist, a bus monitor, a security guard, & she even became a Certified Medical Billing Specialist.

Later in her years, Jenny married Albert T. Patrick & they lived in New Brunswick & Newark, NJ.  She loved her hot cups of tea every morning & her brownies.  She loved doing crossword puzzles, watching her game shows, wrestling & grilling at her baby brothers house, where she would spend time with her family & have a Corona with her brother.  Jenny was very caring & understanding & was there if you needed her.  Her favorite saying was, "God don't like ugly & he ain't crazy about pretty."

On July 6, 2021 Jenny was called home to rest.  Joining her parents, siblings: Sharon Matthews, William Files, Anne St. Clair Files, Leon Wright (Mark), her husband: Albert T. Patrick, and her niece: Catrina Files.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her three daughters: Jennifer L. Muhammad (Wright), Christina M. Wright & Tiffany Patrick, all of Winston-Salem, NC.  Seven grandchildren: Jada, Quadir & Mia (Jennifers children); Ma'Niyah, Kaniyah & Kourtney (Christinas children); & Tysin (Tiffanys son),  her sister-in-law: Sharon Brown-Wright, two nephews: Lee FIles & Patrick Hairston, her godmother: Sadie Pinckney & a host of other relatives & friends.
