Irma Amanda Pozo

Irma Amanda Pozo, age 64, of East Bend, passed away on Monday February 7, 2022.

She was born on March 9, 1957 in El Salvador to the late Santos Pozo and Julia Pozo.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother Irno Pozo and a sister Elsy Pozo.

Those left to cherish her memory are two daughters Abby (Freddy) Gonzalez of Winston Salem and Yolanda Flores of Winston Salem; two brothers Daniel (Minerva) Pozo and Jose Samuel Pozo both of East Bend; four sisters Rosa (Olen) Surratt of Maryland, Martha (Miguel) Lozano of Winston Salem, Miriam (Emil) Rodriguez of East Bend, and Silvia (Benjamin) Moreno of East Bend; and five grandchildren Jacob Quinteros, Jason Quinteros, Natalie Gonzalez, Ashley Quinteros, and Kaylie Gonzalez.

A funeral service for Mrs. Pozo will be held on Sunday February 13, 2022 at 10am at Huff funeral Home in East Bend with Gerson Granobles officiating.  Burial will follow in King Memorial Park Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6pm-8pm on Saturday evening at Huff Funeral Home.
