Edwin Hernandez-Medina Obituary

Edwin Hernandez-Medina, age 15, passed away suddenly on Saturday December 18, 2021.

Edwin was born on October 26, 2006 in Forsyth County to Eladio Hernandez and Alberta Medina Rodriquez.

In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory are A brother Brendon Medina of Winston Salem; and three sisters Inez Hernandez-Medina of Kentucky, Karla Santos of Mexico, and Kimberly Medina of Winston Salem.

A graveside service at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at 11 am.
