Edgar Anibal Pozo-Lazo

Mr. Edgar Pozo-Lazo, age 47, of Winston Salem, passed away on Monday July 10, 2023 at his home.

Mr. Pozo-Lazo was born on April 14, 1976 in El Salvador to Remberto Omar Lazo and Rosa Pozo Surratt.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother Rosa (Olen) Surratt of Laurel, MD; two sons Dylan Pozo and Austin Pozo both of Winston Salem; one sister Mayra (Roberto) Pozo of Maryland; one granddaughter Mia; and several aunts, uncle, and cousins.

A funeral service for Mr. Pozo-Lazo will be held on Sunday July 16, 2023 at 11am at Huff Funeral Home with Abraham Gurrero officiating. Burial will follow in the Old First Baptist Church Cemetery in King.  The family will receive friends on Saturday July 15, 2023 from 6pm-8pm at Huff Funeral Home.
