Mr. David Scott Cornatzer, age 62, of Lewisville, passed away on Sunday October 27, 2024 at Forsyth Medical Center.

Mr. Cornatzer was born on September 15, 1962 in Forsyth County to the late Joseph Cornatzer and Helen Atwood Cornatzer.

Those left to cherish his memory are a sister Donna Whitmire of Lewisville and a nephew David Whitmire of Winston Salem.

A celebration of life service for Mr. Cornatzer will be held at a later date.
