Connie Denise Burcham

Connie went home to be with her Lord and Savior on August 8th, 2024 at 5:28pm. She worked for Yadkin County School System for 25 years. Connie dearly loved all of the children she fed. She not only knew them by lunch number but she knew them by name. That meant a lot to Connie. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Terry Burcham; a daughter Candice (Paul Harris) Burcham; a son Brian Burcham; a granddaughter Alexis (Brad Hutchens) Keaton; a grandson Nathan (Jasmine Pulliam) Keaton; great granddaughters Sophia Hutchens and Emma-Kate Keaton; her mother Frances Jeune; sisters Annette (Ricky) Dull and Angela (Marty) Smitherman; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, aunts, and one uncle all of whom Connie loved very dearly. She also cherished her countless friends. She was preceded in death by her father Jimmy Lane and step father Eddie Jeune. In 2016, Connie decided to be an organ donor after God provided a liver donation for her sister Annette to live. She was an eye donor upon her death and was able to help someone see with her beautiful eyes. In God's words "All things are possible to those whom believe." Connie received the greatest gift of all and that was to become a child of God and come to know her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Connie's beautiful heart, smile, and giving spirit will be missed by all that knew and loved her. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and CNAs at Forsyth Medical Center and Mountain Valley Hospice for your loving care for Connie. To respect Connie's wishes there will be no service.
