Augustine Spencer Cline

Mr. Augustine Spencer Cline, age 83, of Trinity, passed away on Sunday January 15, 2023 at High Point Medical Center.

Mr. Cline was born on February 18, 1939 in Brownsville, TX to the late Augustine Cline and Martha Jefferies Cline.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a son Rex Cline; two daughters Loretta Cline and Surrender Cline; a granddaughter Tiffany Martinez; and a great-granddaughter Zyonicha Myers.

Mr. Cline proudly served his country with the United States Army.

Those left to cherish his memory are a son Wayne (Joyce) Cline of East Bend; three daughters Rebecca Salas (Tom Price) of the home, Tesheka Cline of Yadkinville, and Sherry (Dwayne) Ogburn of Pinnacle; two sisters Margie Davis and Miriam Shore; ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and his special buddy Moe Moe.

A funeral service for Mr. Cline will be held on Friday January 20, 2023 at 2pm at Huff Funeral Home in East Bend with the Pastor Zack King officiating.  Burial with military honors will follow in the Yadkinville Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6pm-8pm at Huff Funeral Home.
