Samuel Lee McKnight Sr.

Mr. Samuel Lee "Pee Wee" McKnight, age 68, of King passed away on Monday September 24, 2018 at his home.

Mr. McKnight was born on August 6, 1950 in Forsyth County to the late Wesley McKnight and Mable Utt McKnight.

In addition to his parents, he was also proceeded in death by two brothers Donald and Johnny McKnight.

Those left to cherish his memory are two sons Samuel "Bud" McKnight Jr. of Walnut Cove and Rodney McKnight of California; one daughter Tina Llewellyn of Walnut Cove; four brothers Roy E. McKnight and wife Deborah of King, Melvin McKnight of Walkertown, Howard McKnight and wife Mary of Winston Salem, and Charles McKnight of Blues Creek; seven grandchildren William Smith, Devin Orelle, Harley Llewellyn, Brandon McKnight, Ian McKnight, Jillian Mcknight, and Nicholas McKnight; and three great-grandchildren Carolyn, Wyatt, and Whalen.

A memorial service for Mr. McKnight will be held on Sunday September 30, 2018 at 2pm at Huff Funeral Home.  In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Huff Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
