Leigh Moss Dutton

Mrs. Leigh Moss Dutton, age 77 passed away on Friday April 12, 2019.

She was born on August 10, 1941 in Yadkin County to the late Everett Moss and Josephine Wagner.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers Jimmy Moss and Jackie Ray Moss; and a sister Barbara Hiatt.

Those left to cherish her memory are two daughters Shauna Shaw and Kristen Thompson-Jones of California; four brothers William Moss of Greensboro, Tim Moss Sr. of Jamestown, Rex Moss of Kernersville, and Eddie Moss of Greensboro; four sisters Jessie Freeman of Jamestown, Brenda Moss-Clifton of Raleigh, Tammy Greenwood of Winston Salem, and Carol Rhodes of Raleigh; a grandson Jordan Jones of California; a special niece Lisa; several other nieces and nephews; and a favorite pet Dutches.

A funeral service for Mrs. Dutton will be held on Monday April 15, 2019 at 2pm at Huff Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Whitacker's Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday.
