Frances Jordan Obituary
Mrs. Ella "Frances" Jordan, age 73 of High Point passed away on Thursday January 10, 2019 at Forsyth Medical Center.
Mrs. Jordan was born on November 6, 1945 in Yadkin County to the late Buford Hutchens and Ann Mae Hunter Hutchens.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her son Robert Lee Jordan III; two brothers Arville Ray Hutchens and John Thomas Hutchens; two sisters Dorothy "Dottie" Choplin and Lois Pearl Collins.
Those left to cherish her memory are a son Kelly (JR) Long of Riverview Hillsborough County Florida; a daughter in law Erin Doby; a brother Grady (Brenda) Hutchens of East Bend; a sister Betty Thompson of East Bend; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral for Mrs. Jordan will be held on Wednesday January 16, 2019 at 2pm at Huff Funeral Home in East Bend with the Pastor Phillip Biggs and Pastor Brian Poindexter officiating. The family will receive friends from 1pm-2pm prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at Stony Knoll United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Spirit of Life Ministries 1919 Surrett Drive High Point, NC 27263 c/o Phillip and Wanda Biggs.
