Mr. Coy Brown, age 88, of Yadkinville passed away on Wednesday November 15, 2017.

Mr. Brown was born in Yadkin County on June 30, 1929 to the late Gurney Brown and Winnie Huffman Brown.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters Mary Carter and Dorothy Hanes.

Those left to cherish his memory are a daughter Wanda (Everette) Morefield of East Bend; a son Randy Brown of Yadkinville; two sisters Colene (Roy) Sheek of Yadkinville and Novella Reece of Boonville; three grandchildren Jonathan Morefield, Matthew Brown, and William Brown; and two great-grandchildren Laci Morefield and Ellie Morefield.

Per Mr. Brown’s request, there will be no formal services.
