Christine Summey

Christine Summey, age 68, of Elkin passed away on Friday, June 21, 2019.

Mrs. Summey was born on March 5, 1951 in Danville, VA to Woodrow Wilson Leigh and Texi Leigh.

Christine is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Ruff, and grandchildren Chelsea Gary, Winter Gary, Summer Bourne, and Taylor Huskey all of East Bend and Draven Bourne of Galax, VA.
She was preceded in death by her husband Curtis Summey, her children Joey Blackwell and Cindy Summey both of Galax, VA, and sisters Alice Leigh and Rachel Lloyd.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Huff Funeral Home.
