Roy Edward Hunter

Mr. Roy Edward "Eddie" Hunter, age 57, of East Bend, passed away on Saturday April 20, 2024 at Forsyth Medical Center.

Mr. Hunter was born on November 19, 1966 in Yadkin County to Roy "Tinker" Hunter and Libby "Janie" Reece Hunter.

He was preceded in death by his father and a son Dillon Hunter.

In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory are a brother Michael (Crystal) Hunter of East Bend; two sisters Debbie (Tony) Hyatt of Yadkinville and Kathy (David) Collins of Boonville; seven nephews Kody Hunter, Chris Hyatt, David Hyatt, Austin Hunter, Mason Hunter, Tony Collins, and Tommy Collins; and two nieces Alexis White and Kayla Marsh.

A graveside service for Mr. Hunter will be held on Wednesday April 24, 2024 at 10am at Stony Knoll UMC with Chris Brown officiating.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6pm-8pm at Huff Funeral Home.
