Hazel Mae Spillman Lineberry, 95, of East Bend, passed away Monday, April 22, 2024. She was born in Yadkin County to the late Oliver William Spillman And Mary Benbow Spillman.
She retired from Hanes with 30+ years. She was a dedicated housewife and the best cook there was to her family. She loved to play music and go dancing on the weekends and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed taking road trips, no where was too far, and she was always eager to go for a ride. She loved to help people if she could.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Glenn Willie (Bob) Lineberry, two twin daughters, special friend, Kent Eugene Norman, several brothers and sisters.
Surviving her daughters Mary Alice (Ronnie) Brown, Bobbie L(Kris)Fox, Bronda (Todd) Simmons, a sister Frances Spillman Tucker; grandchildren Cindy (Robbie) Potts, Brittany Marler, Deaton (Logan) Gilmore, great grandchildren, Robbie Jr (Laken) Potts, Ethan Cardwell Andrew Fall, special family, Gary and Tammy Myers; always taking her something to eat or snack on, or just to check on her.
A graveside service for Mrs. Lineberry will be held on Thursday April 25, 2024 at 4pm at East Bend Friends Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:30pm-3:30pm prior to the service at Huff Funeral Home.
