Mr. Timothy Alvin Moore, 56, of East Bend, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2016 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

He was born on September 8, 1959 to the late Robert and Daisey Booth Moore of Stokes County.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Carol Johnson Moore of the home, a son TJ Moore of East Bend, a daughter Shannon Moore of East Bend, a brother Larry Moore and wife Sandra of Clemmons, and three grandchildren Noah, Jacob, and Bailey Marion.

A graveside service for Mr. Moore will be held at 3 pm on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Johnson Family Cemetery with Pastor Brian Poindexter officiating.
