Mrs. Rader Flynn, age 76, of King passed away on Monday November 13,  2017 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston Salem.

She was born on October 8, 1941 in Surry County to the late Jacob Thomas and Gladys Pack Thomas.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands Lester Sams and Harold Flynn; a brother Jesse Thomas and a sister Eva McHone.

Those left to cherish her memory are a sister Nancy Reeves of King; a nephew Ronnie (Nancy) McHone of King; a great niece Tina (Jon) Fleshman; a great nephew Ronald McHone of King; five great-great-nephews and nieces; and special friends Ray Mabe, Margaret Wood, Betty Michaels, and Cassie Michaels.

A funeral service for Mrs. Flynn will be held on Thursday November 16, 2017 at 1pm at Huff Funeral Home with Pastor Ray Hudson and Brother Robert Goins officiating.  Burial will follow in the Volunteer Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12pm-1pm prior to the service at Huff Funeral Home.
