Linda Lee Davis, 74, left this world and began her eternal life with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, January 8, 2017.

Linda was born on January 30, 1942 in Yadkin County to the late Troy and Etta Hutchens Davis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings Verl Davis, Harold Davis, and Rebecca Davis.

Those left to cherish her memory are nieces and nephews: Greg (Gail) Davis, Teresa Davis-Gibson, Brent (Cassandra) Davis, Cheryl (Sandy) Vestal, Susan (Norris) McLelland, a dear friend Jane Wall, several great nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Miss Davis will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Huff Funeral Home with burial to follow at Forbush Friends Meeting Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at Huff Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Forbush Friend Meeting Cemetery Fund, c/o Mary Wooten, 2821 Mill Hill Rd, East Bend, NC 27018.

The family would like to thank the staff of Willowbrook Nursing Facility for the care given to Linda in her last days.
