Ms. Bobbie Hunter, age 88 of Pfafftown passed away on Thursday January 26, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center.

Ms. Hunter was born on October 6, 1928 in Forsyth County to the late Kemper Hunter and Eulala Long Hunter.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Mozelle Doub, a brother K.W. Hunter, and a nephew Budde Doub.

Those left to cherish her memory are two nieces Pam (David) Beauchamp of East Bend and Mary (Doyle Jr.) Kirkus of Statesville; two great nephews Charles “Chuck” (Rosanna) Boyd of Pfafftown and James (Anthony) Fine of Statesville; one great niece Cameron Kirkus of Statesville; and three very special great great nephews Gracin Fine, Caleb Sousa, and Cody Sousa.

A graveside service for Ms. Hunter will be held on Sunday January 29, 2017 at 3pm at Elm Grove Baptist Church with the Pastor Jeffrey Hamrick officiating.  The family will receive friends from 2pm-3pm prior to the service in the church.
