Betty Anne Marler Adams age 82 of East Bend passed away on Sunday December 18, 2016.

Mrs. Adams was born on January 22, 1934 in Yadkin County to the late Joe Marler and Lena Hennings Marler.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son Jerry Adams.

Those left to cherish her memory are: her loving husband of 65 years Arthur Adams of the home; a son Jeff Adams of Lexington; a daughter Sheila (Doug) Arrington of Germanton; two sisters Carolyn Williams and Hazel Cave both of East Bend; and five grand children Seth, Jennifer, Amanda, Tammy, and Chasity.

A memorial service for Mrs. Adams will be held at 1pm on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Huff Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Resident’s Trust Fund at the Crest of Clemmons, 6010 Meadowbrook Mall Ct, Clemmons, NC 27012 or to Hospice of Winston Salem, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
